  Should have read all the reviews saying how bad this location is, it's indeed terrible, it's never busy and I hate to say it, but the employees are just awful...got like 3 pieces of chicken in my bowl, the rest was just a ball of rice... unbelievable!!!!!!

  Such a disappointing location. We were so excited to finally have a Chipotle open in our area, but we actually go out of our way to visit other locations because this one consistently falls short. The restaurant is often dirty, the food never seems as fresh as it is at other Chipotles, and every time I give it another chance, I leave disappointed. I really hope management makes some changes because it would be great to have a clean, well-run Chipotle in our neighborhood that we actually want to visit.

  This is hands down the worst Chipotle I have ever been to and somehow it continues to get worse. They are constantly out of ingredients, the portions are embarrassingly small, and the entire restaurant is consistently filthy. The counters are covered in food, the tables are dirty, the floors are a mess, and the whole place feels completely neglected and mismanaged. They are also chronically understaffed which means the wait is ridiculous whether you order in person or online. Today I placed an online order at 7:00 PM with a pickup time of 7:20 PM. I arrived at the scheduled time and my order had not even been started. I waited another 30 minutes, and it STILL had not been started. When I finally asked about it, I was told they had several orders ahead of mine. At that point, what is the purpose of offering online ordering or giving customers a pickup time? If you do not have enough employees to fulfill the orders you are accepting, STOP ACCEPTING THEM. Do not continue taking people’s money and giving completely unrealistic pickup times while customers stand around waiting for food that hasn’t even been started. Running out of food, skimping on portions, keeping the restaurant dirty, and making customers wait indefinitely isn’t an occasional bad day at this location, it’s the norm. I am genuinely never going back to this Chipotle. There are plenty of locally owned businesses in Bayside that I would much rather spend my money at and support than continue giving it to a chain that apparently cannot be bothered to properly staff, stock, or manage this location.

  Horrible location.The food is never ready, you have to wait in line for them to cut up meat and bring other ingredients when it’s pretty obvious the trays are getting low. Why do they wait for someone to request something for them to refill it. Horrible service. And there is no sense of urgency to get the food ready either.

  I never have given bad review or complained about any eatery, I simply don’t give my money to that establishment by never returning! This message is for the owner or district manager of Bay Terrace location! Close place down, rehire at every position, train for month or two and only reopen once qualified employees trained and care of food industry standards! Staff should be attentive and respectfully while carrying out their job description. All employees must care! What could be a gold mine is lacking leadership and must be reminded always they are working in a customer service industry daily by upholding quality of food and mission statement! That location will never see my money!
