    I called because their delivery person with door dash sat with my smoothie over 30 min and should have been delivered in 15 min it now has a been a hour and I still don’t have my smoothie. I ordered at 1124am it’s now 1230pm When I called tropical smoothie the girl that answered said she was busy and would call me back later. Seriously!? Where is the supervisor!!? This is not how customer service should be. They couldn’t take 2 min to discuss the issue with me which is wild. I will not order here again! Deer park location has so much more respect!!

    I could only encourage them to respect their schedule. If you say , you close at 9:00pm (Bayshore, NY location). Customer enter at 8:55pm. They should be served. Either you posted 8:45 or 8:30pm so you could use the 15-30 mins for cleaning. Either you close your door at 9:00pm and work until 9:15 to 9:30 for cleaning. I drive 10 minutes to get my smoothie and should have been served.

    I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed. I asked one of the employees where I should pick up my order. Instead of answering, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Another employee eventually told me where to go, even though there was already a sign indicating where order pickup was. Unfortunately, this has happened twice in the same week with the same employee. Everyone can have a bad day, but consistently treating customers with rudeness is unacceptable. A simple, polite response would have been appreciated. I hope management addresses this because customer service is just as important as the food or products being sold.

    I live in San Francisco, CA and have never been in BayShore NY. My car was fraudulently used at this cafe and I called to report it, per my bank’s instructions. Some teenage girl picked up the phone, told me “there is nothing we can do” and “I’m sorry you feel this way”. She then offered to pass my information to the owner, but when I confronted her about her tone and manners and asked what her name was, she hung up the phone on me. When I called back - it went straight to the voicemail… Dear Business Owner! Please be aware that you employ individuals who not only have no basic manners, but also actively cover up financial fraud. These people should not be put in decision making position in your absence…If these is how they react while dealing with serious issues, I can only imagine their response when someone calls and complains about minor stuff. Please train your staff better.
