  They’re always short staff! A customer should not have to wait over 45 minutes in drive thru for a mobile order that is payed for.

  Todo el personal es muy arrogante no son amables con las personas si no les gusta atender ala gente para que buscan ese tipo de trabajo y además pésimo servicio cobran las salsas y no mandan la salsa barbacoa ni tampoco lo mandan cuando uno lo pide en Uber o DoorDash

  They currently have the sausage english muffin w/cheese at $1.50ea, but I paid $4.49 for two during this latest menu promotion. I find franchise operators don't like for you to be aware of "sales" because they want you to pay full prices on everything no matter what corporate tell's them especially when it comes to national promo programs. This location is busy at times and sometimes orders are not correct but we deal with it and make do to what we receive. I've noticed over time on dine-in orders with fries, they never come with those ketchup packs and you always have to ask for them. This location is sometimes "Sketchy", you'll need to be aware of your close surroundings while people come and go and parking. It is what it is, nothing can be done about one's "freedoms, liberty's" etc ... The employees are sometimes "talkable", fun & helpful! It's amazing how they get along, respect each other in one common language. They try to provide the best customer service under the circumstances. I believe starting on May 4th, they will be changes to the app rewards program like adding new reward levels. I'm not happy that the BigMac & quarter pounder is moving into the new 7,000 level from the 6,000 level for example... AL
