  I love the shakes from this place; Häagen-Dazs is undoubtedly one of the best ice cream shops in the United States. The flavor is exquisite; always ask for samples to discover which drink you prefer😍

  I usually have a good experience here but the other day they had someone working alone on her first day and she was completely untrained. Not her fault at all, it is really upsetting that management would throw a newbie to the wolves to where she’s calling a manager on the phone to help her complete a transaction. Ice cream is good but they need to treat their staff better

  The lady was very rude.I came the first time, but this it was all she was all right.But the second time that she was very rude.Don't ever go come to the talking dots.Inside of bayshore mall, if you can help him go somewhere else. That's exactly why she got on one star.She got what she deserved and really should have got no stars.If it was possible, it would have been zero.

  Just got a milk shake but it is extremely watery, not thick enough at all, absolute rip off! Never again!
