- KWKyle Walker2 days ago1.0I visited this Dunkin’ on August 22 around 9:22 AM and was disappointed with how I was treated. The customer before me had a large order and received his food before me. The employee (short woman)preparing the food did not ask him to show his receipt or verify his order. When I was right behind him, however, I was asked to show my receipt to verify what I had ordered. I had no problem showing it, but I felt singled out because the same policy was not applied to the customer immediately before me, especially when he had a much larger order. While I was there, I asked the employee(short woman) why she didn’t ask the customer ahead of me for his receipt but asked me for mine. She seemed caught off guard and didn’t really have an answer for me. That made me feel even more singled out and uncomfortable. If receipts need to be checked, I completely understand, but the policy should be applied consistently to everyone. Being the only person asked to verify my order, especially right after watching another customer receive a much larger order without being asked, left me questioning why I was treated differently. I hope management looks into this situation because customers should be treated fairly and consistently.
