Astrid, the cashier, is very impolite and has no customer service manners whatsoever. She has a nasty attitude and when asked for something, she has a problem with it. There is also a man, skinny, tall, bearded, who’s also very impolite with customers. Overall, these two employees completely ruin the essence of this Dunkin. Other than that with other employees at this location especially with the manager who’s Hispanic, I always have a good experience in this location.
