  We have lived in the area for a while now and have made the rounds at just about every pizza place this town has to offer. Nothing, and I mean nothing, prepared us for walking into Salvatore’s on our first visit and feeling like we had been missing out all along. From the moment we walked in, the dining room set the tone. Immaculately clean, well organized, and clearly the result of someone who actually cares about the experience. This was not the kind of clean you get when someone just wiped down a counter before the rush. This was systems-and-standards clean. The kind that tells you the kitchen looks exactly the same way. Then there was Kevin. We did not know he was the owner at first. He just seemed like an exceptionally sharp manager who knew every corner of the operation. Warm, attentive, and genuinely engaged with guests without being over the top about it. It was only when he stepped away to take a phone call, and we overheard him give his name, that we connected the dots. Kevin is the name on the wall. He is the owner. And that explains everything.. about why this place runs the way it does. My wife and I ordered slices and wings, and both were fantastic. The wings were the standout for me. We went with medium, and they came with this tangy, vinegar-forward tomato sauce profile that I was not expecting but absolutely loved. The flavor had depth and a little bite to it. These were not afterthought wings. Someone put thought into those. The slices were solid, classic, and done right. Hot, fresh, and proportioned well. What ties it all together is the sense that Salvatore’s in Batavia operates like a well-oiled machine. The right processes are in place. The right people are running them. And the result is a pizza experience that feels effortless, which of course means a tremendous amount of effort went into building it. We have heard mixed things about other Salvatore’s locations. We cannot speak to those. What we can say is that the Batavia location, under Kevin’s ownership, is genuinely excellent. And Batavia as a community should be spending a lot more time here. This is our new favorite pizza place in town.. We will be back, and we will be bringing people with us.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Delicious meatball sub! Good bread. And the staff is awesome! Plus. The restrooms were so clean.

  The owner of batavia salvatores is absolutely amazing. We need more business owners like him out here in batavia. I had a minor situation and he called me and made everything right. Thank you Kevin.

  They have the old fashioned cup pepperoni!!!!!!!. The best ever. Perfect crust, drippy, stretchy cheese. Breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next few days. These are medium pizzas. Menu has many many options, not just pizza and wings. Pasta dishes, subs, wraps, hamburgers and hot dogs. Something for everyone. Highly recommend
