The employees were great and the food was good, but the wait in the drive through was 27 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of me.

I wish you could give a ZERO rating. Made the order on the way to the Malta Taco Bell, arrived and waited over an hour for the food. There were only three employees and they were more interested in talking about anything other than the food they were preparing. Very disappointed. Someone needs to explain the definition of "Fast food"! LOL

Stuck in line for an hour so far, trapped in drive through because we’re gated in. If they’re short staffed then they need to close down the store. Waiting over an hour and haven’t even gotten to the first window. This is absolutely ridiculous! Never again will I come to this location. It’s ran like a circus.

Hey Hospitality Syracuse, you in fact cannot do better than that, so don't even think about it. Like other miserable diners, Im trapped here at 2:30 in a drive thru line. For all you know, i could have a new born baby waiting for me at home, and my gas tank is on E. Thanks a lot.

Restaurant just opened and it was filthy . Garbage on the floor food on the floor, tables were gross and this was at 10:30am. Bathroom was disgusting. Clearly not cleaned or picked up the night before. Staff standing around not a care in the world. We ordered our food which by the way was fresh and delicious and we took it to go. Lobby was just gross . Sad new restaurant audits filthy
