  This place takes so long . Workers are just standing around no one is any kind of hurry. The drive thru is only long because it is the same people waiting for food … not fast food

  This was my second time being stuck in line for +25 mintues. The person in front of me was yelling at the employees to wash their hands. He was also complaining about the 25 minute wait for his one burrito. I feel his pain. This may be in fact the worst Taco Bell in the capital region. Don't get me wrong, the food is Taco Bell food. It's not horrible but not amazing. There have been times that they have given me the completely wrong order, most other times the order is incorrect. I would say they average about 60% wrong orders in some way. The management here needs to get this new location under control.

  Walked in a waited for 2 minutes without getting greeted. Had to ask for help. Told me there were 7 orders in front of a prepaid DoorDash order! Waited for 15 minutes without an update. They only help the orders coming through the window.

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. Ive come to this taco bell more than once, and every single time it's absolute crap (I should of stopped going a long time ago). After waiting 30 minutes in line, I received my order and it was complete trash. My cheese quesidilla? Had CHICKEN in it. I hate chicken, so that just went straight into the trash because I can't just pick it out. Waste of money. My soft taco no lettuce - had the most lettuce I've ever seen on a taco in my life. After picking off every piece, the taco itself tasted as if it was pulled out of a trash bag that had been thrown away weeks ago. Cold, smallest amount of beef I've ever seen, and the hardest soft taco I've experienced. I ordered fries - cold and under-cooked. The only thing that this place gave me correctly was my Baja Blast. I highly recommend never going to this taco bell location and literally going to any other one instead.
