  This has to be consistently the worst McDonald’s within 100 miles. Service is slow if you get it at all. Food is awful and thrown together. Staff is disrespectful and never helpful. I worked as a delivery driver and this place made you wait more than any other McDonald’s. If you feel the need to go here just drive to Malta McDonald’s I’ll guarantee it’s faster

  This is a new store , so I’m sure there’s going to be hiccups. I’ve tried going two times now. First time the food was horrific ( even for fast food standards ) just tried popping in , it’s 7:30 on a Saturday and it’s locked up right. Girl inside was smirking through the windows at me trying to open a locked door. All done with this place

  The bacon on my breakfast sandwich was RAW. When I called to speak to a manager she had the WORST attitude and told me she was “looking at the bacon right now and it wasn’t raw.” I had a photo of how disgusting it was. She did not offer any solution. For $10 a sandwich— they are lucky I didn’t get sick. The manager should absolutely not deal with people if she can’t problem solve.

  Waited 15+ minutes to even talk to an employee at the drive through, wanted to go inside but doors were locked 2&1/2 hours before closing

  I’ve been living in Ballston Spa for the past 20 years and this McDonald’s has always been one of the worst I’ve ever been to. That being said, these last few visits in the past six months has just been intolerable. Items missing from orders through the drive-through, food not prepped correctly, cold fries, and overall Customer Service is just the absolute worst. I don’t know who runs this place or who the GM is but it is the absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my 50+ years of existence on this planet. Seriously. Have some pride in your business and how you operate. Train your people better. This has nothing to do with the kids working there it is the people that run it. Hire the right people and train them better or don’t be in business. If you want McDonald’s, go to Malta. It’s worth the drive.
