    That lady at the window on Saturday April 11 approximately 9:45 am was horrible She’s very disrespectful Closed the window in my face without even saying a word all bcuz I tapped my debit card n it declined bcuz I keep my card locked I had forgotten to unlock it, I apologize and asked for a minute She slammed the window walked away n sent a different person That guy did apologize after seeing house I was He changed the atmosphere a bit but that lady who I didn’t got her name is a whole mess to customer service I will not be going back to that location with my kids

    I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today. I ordered a Daily Double and a $5 McChicken meal deal, but they failed to include the McChicken entirely. On top of that, the “Daily Double” I received was actually made as a Double Cheeseburger. When I went back to address the issue, the woman at the front counter (wearing a shirt) had a very poor attitude. She insisted that the Daily Double comes with pickles and claimed my order was correct. However, I showed her both the app and the two pickle slices left from what I received, and only after seeing the wrapper did she go silent. I wasn’t asking for an extra burger or anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the McChicken that I paid for, along with at least a basic apology. Unfortunately, there was not a single “sorry” or acknowledgment of a mistake. The staff showed no accountability and treated the situation poorly. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing due to both the incorrect order and the unprofessional attitude.

    I had a very bad experience at this McDonald’s. The employee who assisted me, a young girl, was rude and spoke in a harsh and unfriendly tone, which is completely inappropriate for customer service. In addition, she did not provide me with a receipt, making it difficult to file any formal complaint or follow-up. I believe it is important for staff to receive proper customer service training, as this kind of behavior negatively affects the restaurant’s image and the overall customer experience.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order ahead of time and still had to wait 45 minutes in my car before receiving my food. When I finally got my order, it was incorrect. When I politely pointed out the missing items and showed my receipt on my phone as proof that I paid for them, the employee argued with me instead of fixing the mistake. You even printed the ticket and it still showed items missing, yet I was being told it wasn’t on the order. That is not the customer’s fault. I showed exactly what I paid for. I was told the missing items would be made, but they weren’t, and I had to wait even longer. The whole place was very disorganized. There were long lines both in the drive-thru and inside, and many customers were waiting for drinks. The shift leader (a light-skinned woman working that morning) was the one arguing with me about items I clearly paid for and never received. I hadn’t even left the building yet when I brought up the mistake. What’s most frustrating is being embarrassed in front of other customers because of a mistake your staff made. It makes no sense to argue with a customer who has proof instead of just correcting the order. By the end of it, I didn’t even want the missing items anymore because of how the situation was handled. Very disappointing experience.
