The other worker made at least 4 coffee orders in the time it took for me to get this. She handed it to me without the mocha or cookies on it, still on the phone and I had to remind her to put them on. When I finally got my drink no thank you No have a nice day. She was too busy having her conversation I didn’t bother asking her why there was so little of my drink in the cup.

My girlfriend's well, she ordered Reeves Peanut butter cup, to which she was told, it wasn't in stock. Although they had another chocolate icecream in it's place. So, my girlfriend decided on the vanilla, which was fine. But when she asked for fudge topping, they were out. So she asked for caramel topping, to which once again, they were out. It seems odd that an icecream store such as Baskin Robins ,would have all these issues on a warm, Friday night. Either the owner/management is trying cut corners by not ordering the right products, or not enough products. Or, you are short staffed & couldn't & or wouldn't do their job properly. I will be taking my business to Carvel from now on.

Second, finally our turn, 2 medium cups, $18. Third, out of some flavors. My boyfriend got what he wanted but my flavor was out. So I went for basic vanilla with hot fudge. Well......got my vanilla, but had to have oreo crumble because they were out of fudge. Even out of caramel syrup. What ice cream place runs out of the basic essentials? I know we should have had our money refunded, but I didn't want to go somewhere else and wait even longer. Baskin Robin's, you need to do better at this location. Seriously.
