  We love Roast! All the food that we've tried has been amazing, with the roast beef melt and wagyu chopped cheese being some favorites. HOWEVER, every time we've made an order online they've forgotten items. Most recent order they forgot all sauces, including extras I paid for. The order before that they forgot to put a whole sandwich in the bag! The food is so good though, we just keep coming back...guess I'll have to stop being lazy and order in person from now on lol!

  My office gets lunch from here often and it is always great. Today I ordered the "girl dinner hero" and wow. Seriously so good. I hope it stays on the menu!

  Just ordered a half of a sandwich and soup, soup isn’t warm, the sandwich is leaking all over the place. Floor was extremely sticky when I was waiting. Just do better. Their menu is honestly crazy. Too many flavor combinations doesn’t make a dish better or elevated it just speaks amateur. Won’t be back-wish it was more like the Melville location from back in the day where the food was actually good.

  Picked up my order at 7:45p. Got home and it was wrong. Called back at 7:57p to get food remade. Female worker said sorry but we close in 3 minutes we can’t help you except put you a credit in the book for next time. Unacceptable as they are open until 8pm. Very poor customer service.
