  Would like to start by saying I go to this place an almost unhealthy amount of times. It has became a staple in my life, and 9/10 times I’m very satisfied. Lance is a worker I can almost guarantee will be there, and that’s the reason I go. Seeing someone 5 times a week unplanned builds such a deep connection in ways most people can’t explain. This chipotle we have grown makes me not only satisfied for my great food, but has given me a relationship I will cherish for the rest of my life.

  Terrible experience come here to order quickly, and i walk in there’s 4 employees just standing around staring at me and my brother, one sweeping looking at the others like “who’s gonna help” and than some women puts on gloves, takes 3 DoorDash receipts and starts making them right in front of us meanwhile, we’re ready to order, so we walked out, what terrible service place needs new management or shut down

  Sticky streaks all over the entire floor, almost never any silverware, napkins, or room in the garbage bins (and garbage everywhere, from table tops, to floors, to INSIDE the silverware holders), staff eating on the job and being left to run everything on their own with no assistance causing wait times and poor options, and management that's never thought to train staff to do something about it or come in to help when it matters. The workers and customers deserve better. Let alone hearing from other customers that they've been served in their burritos raw chicken and... silica gel packets. 0 stars if it were possible. Only thing enjoyable is that chipotle as a whole makes tasty food. And even much of that is pre-packaged. Interesting to see even fast food could somehow mess up this badly considering their systems are specifically created to be efficient and easy to figure out for the staff. I'd say their quality is hanging on a thread but it fell down the gutter long, long ago.

  I can’t remember if he said his name was Austin or Anthony but a fellow working today 5/23 around 1-2pm when I was there was absolutely amazing, some of the best customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time. His attitude was excellent so so kind & friendly. We need more people like him in the world. The food was also excellent as usual. Thank you for your kindness today! It doesn’t go unnoticed.
