- SDSussy DibblesMay 8, 20265.0The last time I went here, my experience was pretty bad... the rice was undercooked and definitely left out for 5 hours, the manager (i assume) was chewing out and cutting one of the workers, and the workers weren't all to friendly. This time it was a completely different story. All the food was delicious and fresh, the guy serving me loaded up the portion sizes (largest portion I've ever got from a chipotle), and the staff were all very nice. I got my good to go, but if I didn't, I wouldn't be mad at all. The seating was clean and very nice. 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This happened yesterday still waiting for a call back re: this incident I have left 3 messages today and emailed them. I can’t believe nobody has reached out to mere: this incident!!

They ran out of sour cream and just told me they were out and lettuce was soaking wet in the pan they had on the line and still proceeded putting it on food. When I got home I tried eating my bowl but ended up just throwing it in the trash. Horrible customer service / food . I’am disappointed with my visit .
