  The Steak and Cheese doesn't come with caramelized onion. It's filled with chunks or raw onion! Big difference in taste 🤮. Couldn't eat it. Got a chicken sandwich with cheese instead, forgot my cheese. Now my fries have gotten cold. 🤦‍♂️

  I just wanna say, I really like this Arby's! The food comes quick and presentable, the staff is always friendly, and the only bad thing is a good thing for me; their drive-thru is almost always empty compared to Taco Bell and Burger King that get wrapped around the building. Seriously, I get off 90 at 8pm and Weedsport Arby's is wrapped around, but there's always nobody in the drivethru in Auburn! You guys should have your lobby bell ringing everyday!

  Went in to order food around 3:30. Got the wrong items, no sauces like asked, and the food is cold.
