I came in and asked for 4 different milkshakes and Cassie and her AMAZING Coworker made the most amazing milkshakes!!! They made my whole night.

7 Brew is an amazing place. They have an extensive menu and the people who work there are wonderful. I would like to give a special shout out to Nicolette. She is a great asset to your organization.

I am a big fan of 7 Brew Syracuse NY location, however, this Auburn location missed the mark twice with me. I tried my #1 favorite brew and it was basically cold milk. I turned around to reorder and explain the situation and they were very accommodating. I reordered my #2 favorite drink and again, cold milk. I gave up and left. They were both undrinkable. I found this is one of their newest locations so I’ll give them a pass but scored appropriately in the “food” category. Nice place Friendly staff Only 2 on duty during my stop on Sept 16 afternoon. As a note, I ordered my usual today at my Syracuse location and it was perfect. Oh well

Everyone is so friendly! I didn’t know what to get so Cassie asked if I wanted to try her shake. It is cupcake vanilla and caramel, it was fabulous!

Cassie is the absolute goat! Her service is exceptional, always bringing the best energy, and she makes the absolute best milkshakes hands down. 10/10 service every single time!
