  As always excellent customer service! But today Cassie recommended an excellent personalized drink! It is Chai, but I couldn't tell you the rest, but amazing! Can't get enough of this place!

  Sooo at first…. This was a “rite aid” or cvs, can’t remember- but who cares, because 7brew has definitely made me become a loyal member ! Love the vibes, the drinks and energy ! Just shorty a few days ago, my mom and I stopped there to get a couple beverages-I got the German chocolate coconut freeze (incredible) and she got a new Maui drink. Long story short, she wasn’t happy with her drink and insisted we go back and hopefully they change it… not only did they fixed the drink, but apologized for the mishap on their end-remade the drink perfectly ! I appreciate great service… which we don’t see a lot these days. Ever. Love yall !! #Alwaysavibe 🔥

  I come to this location all the time as someone who doesn’t like coffee, tea, or hot chocolate the option for the 7energy is great. Cassie and Brie always have a smile and great recommend recommendations for drinks. Everyone there is always helping each other and seems like a great team.

  The service at this location is stellar! Even though there were several cars before ours, we were promptly serviced. The attention to detail with our order was awesome, and we were able to adjust our sweetness level! We'll definitely be visiting again really soon!! DD who?

  Don’t get me wrong I love 7 brew. As a regular at this grant ave stand I can say that most of the time it is a friendly environment but recently it’s been getting out of hand. A couple weeks ago my boyfriend and I came to the stand, got our drinks and as we were pulling away we realized they forgot to give us our straws. So, we stopped as one would to ask for straws. Right as we stopped we were SCREAMED at by an employee ( I think her name is Montana) “don’t back up don’t back up!” (obviously we were not going to back up we weren’t even in reverse we just politely asked for our straws) She approached our vehicle very rudely said, “what.” We asked for straws to which she stomped over and back and gave us our straws and said nothing. Just rolled her eyes. We felt very uncomfortable by this situation. And another time more recently my friends and I went to the stand and another employee walked past our vehicle 5 times while taking other orders all around us. Luckily another employee noticed and came out from inside to take our order. I hate to say it but the grant ave stand is getting worse day by day: ( i’d rather drive the 30 minutes to cortland!
