- JFJ FSep 3, 20262.0The staff is nice, but I wouldn't recommend this place. The (industrial) bagels are stale, even early in the morning, and the sausage in the egg sandwich I got was ice cold. It's expensive, too, with every extra topping on a sandwich costing an extra dollar. The AI generated images on the menu also give the place a weird vibe. I'll keep looking for a good bagel shop in this neighborhood.

My final straw was yesterday when I saw a worker harassing a female customer. The worker asked where you live, raised his voice at her, and loudly humiliated her with extremely personal and sensitive remarks about her life. Not to mention, she was a sweet young girl. The workers are miserable. There's only a sweet lady at the front which I admire. The rest hate their lives, enough to humiliate a young girl!! I can't imagine what the girl feels, but I don't stand bullies. Insane price increase, cream cheese not always fresh, workers are miserable. This place isn't what it used to be a few years ago.

Sure enough, first time, no avocado to be found for the extra $2.50 or whatever I paid for it. I don’t understand why people can’t be bothered to do the minimum at their job and get an order correct. Also, bagel not nearly as good as Brooklyn.
