Order is always correct, and on time for pickup. Never had issues.

I’m not one to crap on a restaurant or business but Christ on a stick! There’s no way to contact this establishment nor the delivery people itself. Entirely wrong order and my order items were missing. It also would’ve been fine if it was one time… but consecutive amount of times :/ unacceptable!

I always tip cash because if you’re at the correct drop off spot then yes thank you I will tip . Not only were my drop off instructions not followed making me go all the way outside in the rain the delivery had the audacity to tell me I should tip him . I explained I’m not paying extra if he can’t follow delivery instructions. He then proceeded to tell me I should still be tipping regardless because it’s a big order. Very unprofessional. Tipping is never a requirement unless good service is provided and if you can’t follow basic drop off instructions then why would I pay you more it’s not like you’re doing me a favor for free

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) If you’re looking for a pizza that tastes like a lukewarm cardboard box soaked in a salty fever dream, you’ve found your mecca. This Steinway location manages to fail at the one thing a chain restaurant is supposed to be: consistent. The Service Calling this place "efficient" would be a lie of Geopolitical proportions. I’ve seen glaciers move faster than the "Prep" bar on their tracker. When you finally walk in, the atmosphere is less "friendly neighborhood pizza joint" and more "abandoned warehouse where joy goes to die." The staff seems genuinely surprised that customers are showing up to collect the food they ordered. The Food I ordered a medium pepperoni, but what I received looked like a Pollock painting made of grease and disappointment. The Crust: Simultaneously burnt on the edges and doughy in the middle. It defies the laws of thermodynamics. The Toppings: There were three slices of pepperoni huddled together in the center for warmth, leaving a vast, barren wasteland of flavorless cheese surrounding them. The Temperature: It arrived at a temperature I can only describe as "basement ambient." The Verdict There are approximately ten thousand better food options on Steinway Street. Walking into this Domino's is a choice you make when you've run out of all other options and your self-esteem is at an all-time low. Save your money, save your stomach, and go literally anywhere else. I’d rather eat the receipt than the pizza.

Honestly, really disappointing experience at this Domino’s Pizza location. The place felt neglected, and the overall atmosphere around it just wasn’t inviting at all. The quality of the pizza was far below what you’d expect—definitely not fresh, and it didn’t sit well with me afterward. As a dad, I’m careful about where I take my family, and this is not a spot I’d come back to. There are way better pizza options out there. I’d recommend skipping this one
