  The attitude and tone the employees speak to you when on the phone, when answering the phone, and never getting connected to the bakery, as I waited ( with screenshot) 9 plus minutes, never was I connected. Please stop hiring just “anybody” It’s really affecting the community, we are counting on your store. But I’m done with this stop and shop, and will be going elsewhere If you’re going to keep these jerks as employees while knowing they have these nasty attitudes then at least teach them to get us connected to the line we’d like, example bakery or deli.

  I stopped in here hoping to pick up a few quick essentials, but the experience was pretty frustrating. The store layout was disorganized, and I had a hard time finding the basic items I needed on my list. To make matters worse, the wait time at the register was excessive because there were hardly any lanes open even though the place seemed busy. It is fine if you just need one or two things and are in a major rush, but I would not recommend it for a full grocery run.
