  There was an intoxicated man harassing all customers in the drive through line tonight and a young man named Alex that works in the restaurant came out and assertively escorted the belligerent man away from the drive thru line. Great Job Alex!

  It’s Taco Bell. You order knowing the level of food you’re gonna get. As low as that bar is, this particular Taco Bell finds a way under it, practically every time. What you don’t get in quality you’d expect in speed, right? Fat chance. On any day you could walk into this place and see 8 people in the dining area, waiting for food, and 6 cars in the drivethru, in park and some turned off they have been still for so long. A few months ago there was a manager of some kind on site, and every bag went out with a feedback QR code and the name of that manager. That was the best week in this franchise’s history. When there isn’t someone holding the hands of the employees here, they all take a particularly stinky smoke break and I swear I have not seen a human being moving slower than the ones behind this counter. Again, its Taco Bell, what are we really expecting? Go to Johnstown. You could be there and back twice before you get your meal in Amsterdam. And corporate? Fire every person in this building. Seriously.

  If I could give this less than one star I would. I spent 15 minutes in the drive through line and by the time I got up to the window the food hadn’t even been started yet. Atrocious
