  Horrible service!!!! dont come here unless you want to be treated like shit. They got my order wrong after i corrected them twice and gave me attitude. Dirty looks 🤢 and dropped my donut on the floor but still served it to me???

  Hasn't had protein milk since last week. It's Tuesday. I literally ordered my own espresso machine because this location all of a sudden never had protein milk

  My family spends an average of $140 a week at our local Garcia owned Dunkin Donuts typically visiting the location on RT 30 where they know my kids and I very well, we use the app to collect points and to take advantage of app incentives regularly. Today my teeth were feeling sensitive after a visit to the dentist so I asked my husband to grab a drink for me with half the ice as usual, so in return I was given half a cup of ice with a badly made blueberry pie matcha filled halfway. I honestly felt insulted for paying for a large and getting what barely filled a medium size Dunkin collectors cup upon arriving home with how regularly my family visits these Dunkin locations locally and how much we typically spend I feel like it was a petty and inconsiderate move on the employee whom decided this was an appropriate and professional way to handle this request.

  My kids will get dunkin at the end of the week when I get paid. I order ahead and have been pleasantly surprised with the efficiency, accuracy and friendliness of the lady who works the window on Thursdays and Fridays at 545. She is an absolute gem and ALWAYS has the order correct with the most beautiful attitude! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

  Only giving them a one star because I can't give 0 stars every time I come here. They never have the espresso machine running. Even though they're open and they're supposed to have it running and they just kicked us out of the lobby, saying that they're closed and they don't close until 9 PM. I definitely need a manager to reach out to me because this is an issue and its unacceptable. Your employees are rude and they're lazy. I also emailed corporate about my experience.
