They were out of cold brew so I got what I normally get as an iced coffee. This girl working asked me TWICE over the speaker about adding cold foam to the drink I get EVERY day with cold foam. I said YES cold foam, she said “$4.51” Apparently she is hard of hearing because she was in there screaming that I said no and just wanted to not pay the cold foam charge. I would’ve easily paid the charge of what? $0.78? had she said she didn’t hear me correctly. I know I said yes to the same thing I get every single day. I’m disgusted by the behavior. I’m not one to leave a bad review usually but this girl had me all out of whack over a couple cents that I pay for EVERY SINGLE DAY. Be so for real. Next time, ring me up for it when I bring it to the windows attention. I’ll gladly pay the separate charge since I pay for it every day. Have the day you deserve.

- AAAnthony AmbrosinoDec 13, 20251.0I went to tho Dunkin 2 times when I left Amsterdam and the time was around 9:50pm both times and I went through the drive through and it said we are currently closed and I was really looking forward to a coffee so I don’t know if y’all like to close 10 minutes early or something but if google maps says that you close at 10 then y’all close at 20 not 9:50 not 9:55 10 that’s when you close is 10 o clock so Dunkin please fix this problem
