- CXChao XueAug 2, 20261.0Terrible and unacceptable experience. The ONLY reason I ordered from Papa Johns today was for the Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust. I placed my order online for carryout with explicit instructions for a 'Square Cut'. The tracker updated to say my order was 'Ready', so I drove all the way to the store in the pouring rain. When I arrived, they casually told me they were completely out of stuffed crust. To make matters worse, the regular pizza they tried to hand me was cut into the standard 8 slices, completely ignoring my 'Square Cut' request. It seriously makes me wonder if they even read the ticket, or if they just made a regular pizza by mistake and used 'out of stock' as an excuse. When I told them I just wanted to cancel the order and get a refund—accepting that I had already wasted my time and gas in a storm for nothing—they flat-out refused. Why mark an order as 'Ready' when you don't have the main item, didn't follow the basic instructions, and then refuse a refund for your own mistake? Extremely poor customer service and shady business practices. I will never order from here again.
