- TTTJ5 days ago1.0I frequent this location often, but never again! The staff is unfriendly, unprofessional, and just rude. Orders are frequently missing items, that take way too long (for breakfast it took over 15 minutes, and they had a full staff and almost no drive-thru traffic) and the staff simply does not care.

I once ordered a Big Mac, and he handed me a box of chicken nuggets with a side of apple pie. When I pointed out the mistake, he just shrugged and said, surprise!! So I asked for a manager and even he told me to NEVER!!! Come back… It's like they’re running some kind of fast-food lottery, and nobody ever wins. If you're looking for a quick and accurate meal, avoid this McDonald's at ALL!!!!! costs. Bad management you know who you are…. 😡

They had to ask me three times after they asked me to confirm it at the order window. The payment window was supposed to be open but there was no one there. Not wanting to hold up the line waiting on a ghost person I proceeded to the 2nd window where I got sass from a sixteen year old girl about why I didn't pay. I responded saying there was no one at the window but I would be able to pay here. So they were able to see my order and see that it was not paid they were also able to cash me out but yet again they had to ask me what I ordered in order to give me the food that I ordered. Very poorly run McDonald's. Long lines understandably but very inaccurate with their service. Workers should not be getting upset with customers when the problem was their fault to begin with.
