- JKJen KSep 19, 20261.0I ordered online for myself and my daughter. I placed the order around 7:30pm last night. The order was supposed to arrive before 8:30pm. At some point, the app said the order was being picked up to be delivered. The screen never changed. I called shortly after that to see if the order was still there and they told me that they had cleared the tablet so it would no longer update the status, but that my order was on the way. I called about an hour later and spoke to the same man. He again stated that the order was on the way. I told him he said that an hour ago and asked if it was just sitting on the counter getting cold. At that point he went to look for the order. Told me the food had not been started yet, but that it would be sent out when it was done. He also told me they had over 100 orders waiting. I asked if I should come down there and he said it would not help. He said if the delivery person was there, he would expedite the order. I asked when they closed and he told me 11pm. I asked if we would receive the order and he said he would not be able to promise me anything. He then said I would have to contact the app for a refund or call corporate. I received email at 11:15 pm that my order had been canceled. I still have not received a refund. Update: one week later there was still no refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

People came and went after us while we waited. After 20 minutes went by we went up and asked if we were skipped. After searching for our order and realizing our ticket was gone Luz and Maries immediately apologized profusely and got everyone to quickly race together and remake our ticket. They offered us a milkshake while we waited but we declined. Our food came out quickly, piping hot, and perfectly correct. Both girls each came out separately and apologized again. We didn’t mind! Accidents happen! But it was soooooo sweet and so kind of them. So many times people don’t take accountability but it was so kind and the customer service was so noticed. Another woman (I didn’t catch her name I apologize) also apologized as well. This location may have overflowing trash cans pretty often, but it’s because it’s always slammed in here. But I choose this location over any other because the customer service is unmatched!!!!!
