I have been to many, many locations all over the country including this one many times. Tonight was most definitely the rudest Five Guys staff I’ve ever encountered. The guy taking my order kept saying TOPPINGS before I could even get the burger order out of my mouth and rushed me so much I literally forgot to order fries. Like, I know I need to tell you the toppings…relax buddy. Then my order was ready before they even started making my shake and they were seemingly annoyed with me that I even brought it up. The guy that took my order then addressed me by shouting YO! What kind of shake you had? All I could do was laugh. Sad, because this was never my experience before at this location.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
