  Just order coffee & donuts. My coffee was cold. I ask the kid to feel the cu. She dumped it & gave me a fresh .

  Place definitely has been getting better and better the last 6 months. Sometimes a bit of a delay on mobile orders (seems short staffed at rush times) but the usual sandwich maker makes it happen as quick as she can. Either way the service and order accuracy beat out the McDonald's in the plaza next door when you need something quick and consistent.

  most rude staff I’ve ever met in Dunkin. This morning I called to ask them when I order a sandwich online the app tolds me the eggs are currently not available. So I called this store to check if I want to order that sandwich (usually have the eggs) what should I do. The female Indian staff answered the call. At beginning she pretended did not hear what I said so I have to explain again. And she just ask me “will you order right now or no” and ask me to go to the app to order - she did not listen at all because I kept telling her when I ordered online the sandwich will be without eggs. I just want to ask how to order the regular sandwich I want from that store (other store don’t have the same issue on the app). She hanged up my call without letting me finishing my words. I don’t know how this Indian girl gets her job but she should definitely let the customer finish their words in the call. Seems that this store doesn’t train their employees about how to respect people at all.

  Wait was worth it. Coffee taste amazing! Def. recommend the banana pudding cloud latte, iced.
