- MAMohammed Alsalloomm4 days ago1.0I ordered two bowls one for me one for my wife. It was horrible dont come here go to other location on the boulevard by best buy. Dont waste your time and money. Rude people Bad food especially Qaso taste weird and portion too small. Had to ask to remake my order and she was very angry she did extreme portion just to show me how aggravated she is. Very angry and rude people. The store is nasty needs cleaning and no clean tables. No napkins not stocked. Felt very unwelcome Bad energy feels like they about to explode if i ask for anything.

- STSabrina TairovaApr 29, 20261.0The chipotle i have been too , the service was the worst at the drive through , i ordered two orders and just because the other order said i had to wait 10 minutes they made me wait more than that nobody was in the drive through i was the only one there , this is the worst experience at this place, the employees are really rude and after they didn’t give me my other order they made me wait more than that. i don’t recommend this place at all!!! amherst chipotle employees are not friendly and don’t recommend going there!

The workers cooking the food do absolutely nothing and should be helping shorten the line. There is no urgency and yet even tho I wait over 20 min to be served my portions are still horrible getting almost no steak even tho I pay a premium for steak
