The only thing keeping me from giving this place 5 stars is every time I order I have to ask for utensils I can understand if it’s busy probably just trying to get the orders out, but every time I have to ask because they don’t put it in the bag and there is nothing on the app that allows you to ask for utensils and when I do ask some of the workers act if I’m inconveniencing them like the expect me to eat with my hands 🤷🏻♂️ but again never had a problem with the food/portions itself

Maria I believe it was helped me with it said she would be here next day I picked up and have it all set… she smiled right when I opened door and waved had everything ready and made sure meat was freshly just cooked and packed. Amazing customer service that made an impact esp on how customer service isn’t as good anymore. Will always come back because of her.

Really adds to the experience. Then, after all that waiting, I finally got my bowl and apparently the portions are being measured in teaspoons now. Barely any food for the price. And the best part? I tipped ahead of time. Nothing like pre-tipping for slow service and a half-empty bowl. Money well spent. 😂 Please don’t let the reply go something like this ummmm, please email us so we can contact you lol because we all know nothing gets done!!!
