  Bless this man’s heart, didn’t get his name but was wearing glasses, had piercings, and had curly hair. Went here for lunch and he was the only one doing absolutely ANYTHING!! Three other workers literally standing around on their phone, laughing, talking loudly in the back. This poor man was doing everything, packing orders, changing out food, cashing them out, nobody else helped. He still was kind to the customers, as his useless coworkers stood in the back taunting him! I am so sorry for this worker! A like almost out the door and he was the only one doing anything! Management must fix this!!! When I tell you he did absolutely everything and stayed calm the whole time, with a line out the door and online orders.

  This is literally a rats nest. They just opened at 10:45 am and look at the photos of the condition of this place. Disgusting floors. Dirty everywhere. The food was old from day before and gross. ⚠️STAY AWAY ⚠️ and shut this place down. UPDATE: No need to contact you further. By reading these reviews about how disgusting this location is not just from me but MANY others, I would concentrate on hiring new staff and starting over.. this isn’t it. You can’t run a restaurant and expect people to pay for rat food.

  Went for dinner at 7 pm to the Niagara Falls blvd location. There were at least 8 people behind the counter yet not one could break free to clean off any tables, clean the floor full of rice, put napkins out for customers ,have room in trash can for garbage, filling soda machine which only had root beer out of 6 choices. And when I wanted to order chips they said they only had large bags of chips available. I said I don’t need $9 worth of chips for 2 people. None of these things could be done but yet people at register had time to be on their phones. Then for the finale. Someone behind the counter asked another person to empty the trash can. This must have been too much work for them because we had to sit and listen to that person slamming the cabinet doors and banging trays on top. This place was dirty and difunctional. Kudos to the manager on duty who was overlooking how bad it is

  allergic to legume here … selected NO BEANS for my bowl and somehow there ended up being beans in here . overall , would’ve costed an urgent care or hospital visit if i hadn’t mixed my bowl and seen them BUT i did end up getting a $30 refund for a $19 order — didn’t get to eat, gave it to my roommates… my boyfriend called this franchise to complain— turns out the people there are pretty chill at least so … anyways here’s a photo of me digging only a quarter of the beans out in case they asked for proof

  The manager of this chipotle should really get this place in line. It was filthy, every surface, table, counter, and floor was covered in food and trash. When the woman was making my bowl, she was sliding it through cheese, guacamole, sour cream and other food… the trash can was overfilled, no ice in the machine, no lemonades, very disappointing. There were dead flies and bugs lining every single window. I love chipotle, but this isn’t it.
