- TSTyler Sivvy6 days ago1.0The food here is usually good but the service is absolutely terrible. On multiple occasions I've been stuck in the drive through carry out lane for way longer than I should have. There is always a worker there but they will not acknowledge new cars at the window, instead making food. The best part is there will be 5-10 finished orders waiting there and at least that many cars in line but no rush to get people the food they have already paid for. I've wasted my lunch away one too many times with this trap of a location.

She has messed up all our lunch together with my family when we were just trying to have a good time at chipotle. She was very rude and served nothing she gave us half scoops for everything and after all she still was a rude person talking back and being mad. The cashier however saw the situation and was a very nice women. Do not come here worst service ever and it’s not worth your time.

Service was slower than what it should be considering they are simply assembling the bowls . It looked as if the staff seemed to be a bit overwhelmed by the crowd. Apart from it being cold, the taste was still great.

Whom ever owns this location must be absolutely sick over the lost revenue. Torturously slow and underwhelming.
- HHHannahJul 25, 20261.0Your employees are lazy, ignorant and rude. they stand there while they have a line up out the door, one employee was standing around talking to her significant other while people were waiting to be served. my bowl was a pile of sour cream and mush. they were so careless when it came to customers. got laughed at while i was walking out the door by YOUR EMPLOYEE because of their lazy work. get better people to work👍👍
