Mi experiencia en Carrabba's Italian Grill fue excelente. La comida tiene sabores increíbles; cada plato estaba delicioso y lleno de auténtico sabor italiano. Si te gusta la comida italiana, definitivamente tienes que visitarlo.
El ambiente es súper tranquilo, acogedor y agradable, perfecto para disfrutar en familia, en pareja o con amigos. Además, la atención de Sean fue excelente: muy amable, atento y siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto.
Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería una y otra vez. 🇮🇹✨

The place has a very peaceful atmosphere, very serene music, and it’s a special spot for conversation, excellent for groups of two or four. The food was truly excellent. The service is quite friendly and very attentive. And the food in general was very fresh; the prices are quite reasonable.
Sean, was so friendly and attentive.
Sean was the server for my girlfriend and I and he was very attentive. The food was amazing including the complimentary bread and oil. Definitely gotta have that bread! The shrimp tasted amazing and the steak was extremely juicy. If you go hopefully your server is Sean. Very kind, wasn't pushy and was very professional!

There are evenings that pass like dust in the wind, and then there are those rare, flickering moments where something human and luminous cuts through the ordinary. Derek, at Carrabba’s, was just that sort of apparition.
He moved not like a server, but like a quiet steward of the night, attentive without intrusion, present without weight. There was a steadiness to him, a kind of unspoken poetry in the way he anticipated needs before they were voiced, as if he’d read the room the way a man reads scripture, carefully, reverently, with intent.
In a world that so often feels hurried and hollow, Derek offered something almost sacred, genuine care. Not the rehearsed pleasantries of service, but a deeper, rarer kindness, the kind that lingers long after the plates are cleared and the lights dim.
If you find yourself at Carrabba’s, look for him. Not because he will simply serve you, but because, for a brief moment, he might remind you how beautiful it is to be truly looked after.

Hello!!... This was the second time coming to Carrabba's in Buffalo... and it will be our last!!.... Holy Crap!!....worst experience at an establishment EVER!!.
Our server couldn't be any more rude!!..
I will get back to that in a moment...
I can look past the fact that they have run out of things after a busy day.. this time a Sunday.... No certain Bottle beer.... no Strawberry lemonade..
So we had to adjust.... ok we get it..
Drinks came... Now we order our entrees... GREAT!!...Except I had to point out and then Get into a disagreement with our server because she told my daughter that when she chose to order the premium side that was advertised on Carrabba's seasonal menu she cannot get it because it was not available for that one particular dish, even though it says that we can pay extra to get a seasonal side.... are server wanted to charge us a full meal price and when I point it out to where it's written it typed on the menu that it's available as a premium side it is then she understood that she made a mistake. Okay I get it it happens so now I get my salad which was tossed to me literally tossed to me!
Everyone's food was great except for mine. Word of advice do not order the 16 oz Tuscan prime rib on a Sunday because all you will get is about 3 oz of meat and 13 oz of fat. I pointed this out to our server and she said that they can take it off for a bill but that was after we got our credit card statement and we paid because we wanted to get out of there but I will say that I did see our server bring it to the manager and I overheard the manager saying that the fat on that 16 oz steak where I only got 3 oz of meat is for the flavor and by the way it cost us 40 bucks I would have paid $40 for the 8 oz filet and 8 oz!!!
And oh don't think for a moment I didn't hear you and didn't understand what you meant by that what are absolute crappy experience!!!
I understand everything is going to be okay you guys are going to be around and serve the community which you probably do 90% of the time and it's great! Great for you guys but if you're going to throw and shove down my family's throat bad service and bad attitudes then you can read my bad review and even though you're going to brush it off..... it's my opportunity to vent....
No way in Hell will we come back.

It had been 3 days since I was asked to go on Carrabba's. Com/contact.... I did and offered to discuss... I filled in all fields on contact info.... got nothing back at all......
BUT.... I see a reply for a positive post was sent to customer about an hour ago... hmmm....
