    I ordered door dash from this place and only half the order came, I contacted Arby's and after 3 days a manager finally got back to me and kinda called me a liar but was gonna send some certificates out to me but he never sent them. I SEE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE ISN'T ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, ITS ABOUT MONEY ONLY!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. BY THE WAY PEOPLE ITS NOT REAL ROAST BEEF. LOOK IT UP. NASTY!!!!

    Service was less unacceptable. I went inside and when it was my turn after waiting in line for two customers. She asked the man behind me if he had a pickup for delivery. She waited up on him before me. While I was saying I too have just a pickup. She ignored me. I guess my skin wasn't dark enough.
