  Interesting concept indeed.. I mean I have gone through plenty of coffee shops that had a drive thru option. But I never been to a place that only has drive thru, and no dining area until now. 7 Brew is strictly drive thru, and from the lines people are loving it. When in line an employee walks up to your car and places your order. After placing your order and paying at that time. You move forward and collect your drink items at the pickup station. Traffic is only one way, so there’s a nice flow of things. Only issue is when you’re leaving out and traffic is coming in. Things can get a bit congested, I wished there were other options to exit and enter this location. Cookie butter blondie- what a great tasting drink.. yes it’s totally on the sweet side. But you can always get sugar free options as well, or just less sweeteners.

  The first time I went, the coffee was amazing..second time, very watery. Inconsistent in the drinks...also tend to be very sugary (in comparison to Starbucks or Tim's) so ask for half sugar (unless you love the sugar) and they are able to do that, which is great!

  Look, I've come to this 7 brew several times in the last month or two but lately I have been noticing a LOT of those yellow wasps everywhere. Harassing employees, and now customers too! I saw a car in the line next to me freak out with one in theirs. I got my order taken, they were nice as usual. Zero complaints about your employees. But then when I pulled up to the building, those wasps were everywhere! I saw at least 4 of them near their register, and the person working the other line was dodging them like crazy! Not to mention the super loud screaming from inside the building from your employees... How many are in your building too? My friend went to your store for a walk up on Sunday and said they saw a bunch on them in one of your windows!! I love your drinks but I but that's so gross to think about. It's becoming so much worse lately... Hopefully you get an exterminator before any customers or employees get hurt.

  This place can get really busy, but they are always quick and efficient. Just be careful on Bailey if there is a line. They will have staff that helps to direct traffic, which is great. If they have a large line, they do ask that you not turn right off of Bailey as that will block traffic. If the line is long, head north on Bailey instead so you can safely wait in the center turn lane. The coffee and drinks are worth the wait!

  Absolutely terrible customer service. The girl working the drive-thru was unbelievably rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience. She let three cars cut in front of us for no reason, and when we spoke up about it, she made it even worse by taking another car that wasn't even ordering—they were just sitting there talking to her. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how customers are treated, management seriously needs to address it. I won't be coming back after this experience.
