  New build McDonald’s, clean and has been quick service both times. The location is geared towards mobile orders and inside self serve kiosks. Signs are posted stating employees are able to assist with orders if needed. Seating is also available for dine in.

  Pretty run of the mill McDonald's. Everything was clean and food was made how we ordered it in a reasonable amount of time. Fast food options are pretty limited in Alexandria Bay so it gets busier at night. Still waited less than 10 minutes for our food

  I enjoyed this McDonald's alot in comparison to the one we have at home. It was very clean and inviting.

  The Manager Brooke was very rude. I made my order and pulled to the window to pay. She came to the window with an attitude and told me she would not serve me…. We had an encounter a few days ago, where I ordered food and when I pulled up, she came to the window with an attitude and told us to pull to the side and wait so we did I mentioned to my daughter that she must’ve woke up on the wrong side of the bed, and when she came out to my window, she claimed we were being rude to her employee when we made our order which is simply not true. She saw the mobile order name was my daughter’s and because my daughter quit, she has some kind of animosity…. This is extremely unprofessional and we were buying at least three or four breakfast every morning, but we will no longer be patronizing this McDonald’s location until they get rid of this manager. There is no reason for her to be acting the way she is…..
