  I ordered 30 wings and a drink for delivery. The wings were barely done and the drink was missing. I tried to call and text to fix the issue but I got no answer at all. Restaurant didn't offer to fix the issue nor did they offer to refund the money for the item missing. Unacceptable business practices. This was a waste of my money. I wil share my experience and never order from the Restaurant again. Seems like a scam to not even answer the business line. I would like to add the fact that I already contacted wingstop support before I wrote this review. I was offered no refund or any other way to fix the issue. So to give me your support link in your reply is a joke. You did nothing after I filed my complaint. I was just told pretty much thanks for my feedback. To make it right would require a refund or my order filled properly. I was offered no resolution. So Albany, NY wingstop actually called me and attempted to fix the bad experience. They offered me a refund and told me I would see it hit my amount in 24 hours.. that was 6 days ago. No refund so far. I reached out to the manager Andy to let him know i never received my refund. He asked for my information and told me he would handle it. He also asked me to call back that afternoon which was Monday 9/14 to confirm it was handled. It's now 2 days later and still no refund, even though I was promised a refund last Thursday 9/10.. I've called the time since with no answer and no resolution. Please don't spend your money at this establishment. I refuse to beg the company to make this situation right. This has been a horrible experience and waste of time and money. Don't spend your money with them.

  Ordered my food, presented order on app, was told to show an email with the name, which wasn’t possible because it was ordered via signing up by Apple ID and not email. There was no valid email in the account. Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my time and making my food go cold. The restaurant also smells heavily like urine. Please clean the restaurant.

  HIGHLY DO NOT!!!! GO HERE all the staff does is talk on their phones to their baby mamas and husbands or boyfriends they took forever to get my order right while they were all distracted on their phones something is very wrong here and in albany NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY

  I order pickup all the time and I’ve never had an issue. I always order my wings extra crispy and they are always crispy!
