  Wouldn’t really know how the food was I didn’t get any. Drive thru was full so I walked in and rang the bell. Did get service for about 2 min so I rang it again. Someone came out and said they will be right with you. No one came out for about 2 to 3 minutes. Better bet would be to go to Popeyes a few buildings down. Service at Sonic in NY state is really sub standard. They will probably go away again.

  This is purely a shout-out to management... This location is NEVER open until the hours posted. Signs and online says til midnight... Even the big neon signs in the window say OPEN, but the crew stops taking orders at 11:30 or even earlier. Either adjust the hours of this location or get the crew and shift leaders on the same page. PLEASE. Food is great, I LOVE Sonic, I guess it says something that I keep coming back to check night after night. All I'm saying is that the Popeye's next door is getting a lot of my business because of missed opportunities.

  So not only did my boyfriend and I wait almost 20+ minutes into our 14 hour drive, they couldn’t take any orders in the drive through (with zero explanation when it’s not even 9pm, they came out and told us that they couldn’t serve our order and to call Jen in the morning for a refund while running away and not even waiting for us even understanding what the hell was going on. We sat outside and waited with zero follow up or explanations. After seeing people get bags of food and cars pulling in and our, I am beyond pissed off. This location is absolutely ridiculous as someone that ran a drive through as a teenager. Embarrassing and ridiculous. I get to deal with getting a refund on my day off after a trip in a completely different state. Jen, you need fired

  There were only 2 workers doing both the drive through and front counter but they were both super sweet and had our food out really fast, plus giving us some extras despite being very busy

  You can’t order food here unless you order ahead. Often doesn’t have spoons to give you with a blast. Always out of things. Poor customer service
