What is your end game lady?!! How unprofessional you are as an old lady to say something like that. The Papa John owner for this establishment needs to do better with her. Because no shape or form of what she said should’ve never came out of her mouth. We will no longer eat at Papa John’s ever again.

He appeared to have tobacco or something similar in his mouth while working, and while speaking, particles/liquid from his mouth appeared to come out near the pizza/food area. This raised serious hygiene and food safety concerns for me. I also observed him using abusive language and arguing with customers, delivery drivers, and people on the phone. Because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable eating from this location anymore. I hope Papa Johns corporate or the franchise owner reviews the staff behavior and food safety practices at this branch.

The employee was extremely disrespectful and had zero regard for basic customer service. The attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I couldn’t even identify a manager to address the issue, which makes it even worse. If this is how customers are treated, something seriously needs to change. Would not recommend.
