They should be ashamed of themselves and should absolutely find new employment that does not involve talking to another human being despicable people.

Drinks weren’t even in a holder, the bag tore and the dasher failed to say ANYTHING leaving me with soaking wet soda/tea overs food and soups spilled somewhere (not in the bag) and I’m being refused a refund. So here’s to more money to replace my food I shouldn’t have had to replace . I was left with an ENTIRE mess on my counter due to this. Unacceptable!
