This place is a literal joke. Half the time they don’t have the right ingredients to make specific sandwiches. The soda machine has been out of service for weeks. This can’t possibly be making money for whoever owns the franchise.

This place is a joke. Employees are disengaged and half the time you go they're missing one or more type of meat or bread, both which seem pretty essential to have at a sandwich shop

Had a coupon so wanted to try it. Ordered online and it wasn't ready 10 minutes later and the sandwich was made wrong.

I don’t write negative reviews often, but this experience warranted it. From the moment I walked in, the employee behind the counter was on a personal phone call and made no effort to acknowledge me or end her conversation to provide service. The interaction was minimal and unprofessional throughout. The food itself was the bigger issue. What was served to us was so far below acceptable standards — in appearance, smell, and quality — that we couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away entirely. This wasn’t a matter of preference; it was genuinely inedible. To make matters worse, there was no soap in the bathroom. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they did nothing about it — no replacement was provided, no acknowledgment, nothing. At a food service establishment, this is not a minor oversight. Employees handling food without access to soap is a serious hygiene and public health concern. Given everything we experienced, I felt it was necessary to file a report with the local health department. I’d strongly encourage management to address food quality, basic sanitation, and customer service standards immediately. A restaurant should, at the very minimum, be safe. This one fell far short of that.
