  I ordered 30mins before closing and I got there with still 15mins before closings they left my order on the sidewalk outside??? Like what the heck? I’ve never been to such an unprofessional Jimmy John’s.

  The wolf road location- dirty. Soda on the floor, rugs rolled up, no toilet paper in bathroom, chips not stocked, potato salad in fridge out of date. 2 guys working would rather play on phone than clean up the store. Makes me question if my food is safe to eat.

  $12 for a regular turkey tom sub that had three slices of flat turkey is a rip off.

  First time at a Jimmy John’s, I’ve heard good things about them but I was disappointed. In an order of several sandwiches the toasted ones were over toasted so hard to the point they couldn’t be eaten. Skimped on the meat and other ingredients. Not worth the money.

  The quality of ingredients was good, but the quantity for price was very poor. There was just one slice of turkey on my wrap and they have very limited addition options for a "sub place". The staff were friendly but they didn't know very much about menu or options at all. It was my very first visit to a Jimmy John's but us also very likely my last. Don't waste your time/money is my opinion.
