- BWBrittany Wade2 days ago5.0This location had such a great team collaboration: they were helping each other and did not leave any customers unattended for an unreasonable amount of time 👏🏽👏🏽 The man who took my order (cashier) made eye contact with me, listened well, entered my order quickly & accurately, I didn't have to repeat myself, and he told me my order number as he handed me the receipt, so I wouldn’t forget it and I knew what to listen for when called #convenient #qualitycare The woman who was calling orders (bagger) was quickly fulfilling orders, she was attentive to the flow of the tasks that had to be completed in each workspace, she had a loud and clear voice when calling out the order numbers; so, when she finished bagging my order, and called out for it, I heard her clearly. I approached her to say thank you, but also let her know that I was waiting for a milkshake as well. She instructed me to meet her at the milkshake station and that she would be right over to make my shake. As she continued to complete bagging up more orders but with a steady and fastened pace that made me feel assured that she would get back to me. I walked over to the milkshake station, the same gentleman who took my order decided to assist me and not keep me waiting, he made my strawberry chocolate milkshake to perfection and I couldn't have been a happier customer with the swiftness my transaction, how smoothly the team operated and of course, the quality taste of my bacon burger (All The Way as if there is any other way lol), fries and milkshake! Biggest Service Note here: the staff didn't leave any customers hanging, or ready to leave the restaurant without a delicious meal to enjoy. Customer satisfaction at its finest! The burger was truly exquisite and the service? Out of this world ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
