- CMChina MillsOct 8, 20263.0The college staff are wonderful, all very nice and respectful. However the store manager is not very friendly or accommodating. I’ve been to multiple Dunkin’s across New York. This was the only time I was refused when requesting to have a bagel twisted cut in half. I asked and the store manager said that it is against policy to do so. Wasn’t a pleasant experience. Normally the experience is low pressure and enjoyable

I ordered my food , but it came out all wrong and half of it was missing so I just decide to return it all as I was running late for a drs apt and don't have time for them to remake it all. While I was making the return the manager on duty, who im almost positive was named Kathy Washington EXTREMELY rude and aggressive to me. I was very polite and kind to her but, again the whole conversation from her part was just condescending, extremely rude, extremely aggressive and you can tell im heavily pregnant and there was no reason to talk down to me or treat me like garbage. Its all on their cameras. I did call corporate and have an open investigation into Kathy and how she treated myself and my 17yr old step son. I will NEVER go back there and I advise everyone else not to go there either unless you like being treated terribly. I have NEVER been spoken to by any other worker anywhere in my entire 30yrs of life. Who treats a heavily pregnant woman like that for no reason??? It was a very stressful experience and as I said half of my order I didnt even receive ,but I was accused of stealing the half I did not recieve by her. I told her she can check her cameras because I was never given that half of my order. All in all I was treated like garbage and talked down to like a 5yr old meanwhile I'm heavily pregnant with a high risk baby girl and did not need this added stress while i was just trying to get some food. All the other woman who worked there were as sweet as can be, but I will never return because of the way I was treated. And I suggest everyone else not to go there either unless you want to be treated like garbage by their manager.
- JKJoseph KeckSep 2, 20261.0Incompetence management. 1st Couldn't complete order on kiosk. 2nd Order was messed up by cashier. 3rd Order was refused to be refunded because a sip was taking out of a drink(whatever kept the drink). 4th screwed up refund of rest of the order. 5th manager lied and said she didnt have access to the receipts (which is bs, 25 years ago we would reprint receipts at every retailer trust she has access) when confronted with the incorrect refused amount. Place is a joke, go to the next one that can take and complete and order correctly, has a management team that can use their systems for correct refunds and doesn't lie about access to their systems to try to save face. Embarrassing establishment!
