Ordered in the drive through a hot tea with cream and sugar, was told abruptly to “pull forward” waited at least 5 minutes before someone came to the window, the employee started handing me a food bag and frozen drink which I said “that’s not mine I got a hot tea with cream and sugar” she quickly walked away and took another 5 minutes to come back. I handed her my debit card, I’ve been having issues with my chip but instead of swiping it she rudely said your card doesn’t work, I handed her a different card and she gave it back to me with my tea.. I was already annoyed I waited ten minutes for a drink that takes 30 seconds to make and I pulled away with a cup of water and a tea bag. Not even hot, nothing else in it. Almost $4 for this and horrible service. Would not recommend

The owner up charges on all the specialty drinks 1-2 dollars higher than any other Dunkin in the area. But that’s not the worst part. They are the most SLOW people I have ever interacted with. They have no sense of urgency in any way and offer next to no customer service. I’ll pull in the drive through. There is one car ahead of me and no one inside waiting in line. It takes regularly 15 plus minutes to get an order under those circumstances. The Dunkin down central the other way will have a line wrapped around of 6/7 cars and I’ll be out of there in 5 minutes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. This is not based off one visit. This has been a consistent happening over 20 visits or more. Finally had enough. It being on the way for my commute is no longer worth it. Save yourself the hassle and go to the one by Home Depot down central the other direction.
