I have been going to this Dunkin for almost 2 years and after last time I'm never going back, now. Blonde woman nonchalantly spilled drinks as she called out the names on them. A decent crowd of people stood around the mobile order shelves waiting for theirs. The woman asked a few people around me what they were waiting for, and she made eye contact with me several times but never addressed me. I checked the shelf 3 times in the 20 minutes I stood there, my order never went on the shelf. Finally I walked over to the blonde woman, still spilling drinks all over the floor, and asked her about my order. She accused me of not checking the shelf in that whole time she saw me standing there and repeatedly checking it. Then after I confirmed I had checked it, multiple times, she finally asked me what I ordered and I told her a harvest chai latte. That is when she informed me they were out of chai and she thought mobile ordering had been turned off. She did not offer any sort of alternative compensation, and of course having placed the order through the app, I had to go through corporate to get my refund. I received an automated email response they would get to my customer service ticket, but no timeframe. Dunkin has lost a loyal customer of over 15 years in total, now. I'm done with Dunkin. Time to go local!

- AAA H (axelkidd787)Aug 12, 20261.0This dunkin has really gone downhill it terms of quality and customer service. This location needs to be trained again or taught how to deal with customers. They are rude and constantly understaffed. I tried getting a simple latte (if you google search how latte is made is one part espresso and 3 parts milk) the guy goes back and forth with me that a latte has more espresso. At the end he remade my coffee with such an attitude and it appeared others were encouraging this behavior. If you cant deal with the pressure of having high traffic at a customer service job please do yourself a favor and get a job doing something less stressful. This dunkin has really gone downhill not sure if its the change of management or maybe they don’t care at all. Either way bad start to the morning, do whatever you want with this review.
