- MRMariechard Borges RuizMay 12, 20261.0The ladies are always nice! If they make a mistake, they correct it right away. Never been rude or nasty to me. However, today I was shocked when a gentleman (who I believe recently started working there because I’ve only started seeing him recently) tried to charge me for a cup of ice! This is literally the fourth time since I’ve been in this building that I’ve stopped by for some ice, and I’ve never been charged before. I come to this location almost every day and spend $10–$18, plus tips, daily. To suddenly be charged for a simple cup of ice is absurd to me. I’m sorry to say that you’ve now lost my business. I’ll be buying my daily breakfast and frozen drinks from another location and having them delivered, even if I have to pay extra for delivery. It’s not about the money; it’s about keeping a regular customer happy and most importantly valued.

You can depend on them not to have something available and you can always rely on them to take 30 minutes to get something ready. It's a rotating door of slow and unable to perform task workers who last a month and perform their job with a total lack of interest and a high degree of innacuray. This Dunkin could be used as a training video or a comedy sketch
