  The food was good. The atmosphere was nice but the last two times I was there the server messed up my order. It happened to be the same server. The first time my food order was wrong and the second time the bill was wrong. She was apologetic both times, corrected everything and was nice and friendly but it was frustrating. I will go back again though.

  This Dave and Busters location was very nice and friendly. We got greeted by the hostess, she was very nice and lovely and brought us to our table in a swift manner. Our server was also very nice, welcoming, and friendly. Moreover, I am also vegetarian and the bean burger was pretty good, it was very interesting.. But overall, very nice staff, atmosphere, and dining area. It was pretty easy to talk inside the dinning area, and I believe this place is friendly to all ages and group sizes. Parking was pretty good and plenty too since it was at the mall. Additionally, there is a small ramp in the outside entrance so it’s wheelchair accessible. Again, overall good experience would recommend anyone to come here to this location.

  Went there this past Wednesday evening with our son to meet up with friends who have two younger kids. The dining room was completely closed because they alleged they did not have enough servers so we were stuck eating in the bar area which is way too loud to carry on conversation especially with children with special needs. Though there were a few tables seated, our service was way slower than it should have been (again, difficult with children with special needs). After ordering our drinks (mostly waters, the kids got slushies) it took over 20 minutes for our server to come back with them (forgetting the slushies) and take our food order. The prices of the food were very high compared to the quality of food. I had philly cheese steak egg rolls and it was essentially $15.00 for fried mush. My son had a smash burger that he had to eat with a fork because it fell apart on the plate and my husband got the chicken Alfredo pasta which was more like a bowl of soup than anything as it was lacking in actual noodles and chicken. We were held hostage throughout the dinner with wait times for over 2 hours. Our friends also had similar experiences but had a separate check. Would appreciate some form of communication regarding our lousy dinner and also evaluation of the quality of food coming out of the kitchen. Nor expecting fine dining but expecting at least diner quality food.

  When I travel, I love to visit D&B. This location is large & in a great location with mall access. We did not eat during our visit so I can't comment on that. They had all the regular games & the games were clean & in good shape. The prize room was stocked with the same items you see in all locations. I've said this for years now, it would be awesome to have location specific merch to spend tickets on! I would have an awesome collection at this point.. but that's a corporate thing.

  Great atmosphere with tons of fun games, food was great, BUT the service was horrible. The restaurant was not busy, bar was about half full and barely any tables of guests, took about 10 minutes to be greeted at my table even after asking a manger if you have to see a hostess first. Placed order immediately, food came out quick and was very good. I needed a refill shortly after getting my food but the server never came back around. Waited over 20 minutes after watching the bartenders, the server, and the manager chat amongst each other, watch the tvs, look at their phones. I just wanted my check at that point so I had to go up to the bar and ask for it and also asked if they could help another table that was needing service as well. I fully understand slow service when restaurants are busy but this was far from it.
