- OWOlivia Warren4 days ago1.0Very bad customer service at the Wolf Road location. Every employee that works there had a lot of attitude to every customer that was in there, including us. Saw a couple walk out, we almost did. They didn’t tell us they were out of cheese until after our tacos were built. Then they tried to charge us for getting hot sauce on the side instead of in the taco (claimed it was corporate policy). Also noticed a large chip is now 8.95. And even though they were out of cheese, they refused to give us any queso. Squeezing every nickel and dime out of us, is not going to make chipotle come out of the hole that it’s buried itself in. Customer service is key and it is lacking. Probably why it was dead in there on a Saturday afternoon! Sincerely, A disappointed customer.

The man charged me for an extra $4 for no reason and when I asked for guac on the side he scouffed. Ultimately if you can’t work for customer service DO NOT work for the job. No need to be arrogant and selfish to others.

There was no ice, observed garbage on the floor. I ordered a large queso and they were out of the cup size and provided me 2 half full small cups. The management should step up and take into account their team needs to show more initiative. Bad look for the brand.
