- CMCharnelle Musser4 days ago2.0As a customer, I stopped coming to this specific location because they always seem to be out of multiple toppings. As a dasher, I hate this location just as much. There's always obnoxiously long wait times and the employees never provide much explanation as to why other than "we're working on it." So, then why the continuous 30-40 minute wait every time I'm forced to come to this location to pick up food? On top of that, on this particular pick up, a father was there with his two children who were acting rather rambunctious. They were climbing all over the tables to sit on them and play on them with their shoes ON. None of the employees said anything to them or attempted to wipe the tables.

Was given a smaller glass for the drink saying they are out of larger glass even after charging for large drink.
- JMJ MurphyMay 6, 20261.0Food is not ready 30 minutes past the specified pickup time (on multiple occasions, with order placed an hour prior), the place is a disaster, the person calling out names when an order is ready can't be heard 3 feet away over the way too loud music. Everyone needs to be fired and start with a crew that wants to get orders out the door.
- AAAlexisMay 3, 20261.0I placed an order today around 6:30pm with a pick up time of 6:50pm. It was a bowl, a bag of chips, and a small drink. I didn’t get it until around 7:50pm. The employees did not once change their gloves (you can see them in the back making the online orders) and the lobby was dirty. When I did finally receive my order and I went to make my drink, there was no ice, no forks, no lids, no straws. The employees were working nonstop the entire time, so my complaint isn’t really them. They did their best with the amount of orders they had. They are clearly understaffed for this level of productivity.

At 7:40 it still wasn’t ready and I went up to the front and asked when it would be ready- they said they didn’t know. There were a lot of workers at this time. This is very poor service and organization. I am very disappointed.
