  I am truly so appalled on how disgusting this place looks. I have never been to a chipotle as bad as this. The line looks so disgusting, food everywhere, just not clean at all. How do you not have any white rice?? How do you not have Chips??? this is actually horrible. Management please fix this!

  I'm not sure if this location is short staffed or has other issues but there always seems to be an issue with this location. I have been a few times and it seems like they're always out of something fairly crucial (rice, tortillas, meats, all fountain drinks, chips). Occasional dirtiness, issues with ordering, or low inventory is one thing, but it is definitely a longer term issue for this location, which speaks to possible management issues. If you're looking for a chipotle in the capital region, I wouldnt go to this one.

  Dining area is very dirty looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The entire floor is sticky like a frat house on a Sunday morning. People only sit outside because of how dirty it is inside. Often out of basic things like rice, cheese, utensils and drinks. Gets too busy for the staff to handle.

  I was at this Chipotle restaurant last week for lunch. It was around 3pm and there literally was no food options available. There was no white rice, no pinto beans, little to no chicken, no avocado. I was floored by that. It’s understood it was probably a busy day and it is in a college town, but it should be management’s responsibility to ensure enough food is being made to accommodate their peak hours in the day. Management has to do a better job at this location.

  place sucks.  I placed an online order when I was about 15 min drive away.  At first I was worried that might be too much time and that I should've waited but it ended up taking 45 minutes to prepare, while the app said it was "ready" for 30 of those minutes.  Meanwhile the entire time I was waiting inside, the counter service area had all the food necessary to make the orders. Also 5 out of the 8 employees working at the time were standing around doing nothing. And when mobile orders were finally completed, they didn't put them on the mobile pickup shelf, but were instead placed on a cart behind the counter where nobody could reach them and nobody could read the names on the tags.  Then they yell at you for trying to look at the tags to see if one of them is yours.  Some of the bags sitting there belonged to people that were standing there waiting alongside me. So after waiting for the better part of an hour, their food was now just sitting behind the counter getting cold. One guy had been waiting 15 minutes for an order that had already been made. Meanwhile, the restaurant itself looked like a bomb had gone off. Trash was on practically every table despite the seating area being mostly empty, and the cup and utensil area was mostly empty of everything.  So yeah if you want to wait nearly an hour for someone to scoop some cold chicken and lettuce into a bowl, come on down to the Stuyvesant plaza chipotle.
