- ZSZac SOct 2, 20262.0I don't normally write reviews, but I had never been to this restaurant chain before, however had always heard good things about it. I came up to a person standing outside, which is different. They asked what I wanted and were very hard to hear. I told them I'd never been here before and wanted to know what are some recommendation they could tell me. They seemed annoyed to have to answer and replied that people get the 1 or 4. Meaning they had no personal recommendations to offer me themselves, okay not a great start. I was hoping to get more of an idea of what the different food options were, but seemed rushed to choose. I ordered a 1 and substituted for mac n cheese. Almost $14 for the meal, which is pricey to me. Eventually get my order and got a free oreo milkshake which was nice. I pull off to a parking space to eat and immediately regretted.. Mac and Cheese was ultra bland with almost no cheese, you can tell it was a frozen product with how mushy it was and there was quite a bit of burnts bits of pasta in it, not cheese. Almost the worst I've ever had. Moving onto their #1 the chicken was somehow very dry and the american cheese was hard and stiff on the corners like it had dried out and expired. The pickles were extra wet or something because the bottom bun was soggy and falling apart like toilet paper. Mind you no more than 4-5 minute had past since I got my order. I had to pull off the cheese and drown the chicken in bbq to get it somewhat chewable with how dry it was. Tomatoes were also complete mush like overrippened. If this is the standard sandwich, I really don't know how people like this or eat here. I know you shouldn't complain about free, but the candied cherry they put on the top of the milkshake tasted like cleaning chemicals. I was quite sick after eating for a few hours, so I will not be coming back here again.

They will give you 10 if you ask. Thank you to the owners of all chick fil a for always being clean, hiring nice staff that have great customer service, not being cheap with your customers, food is always good just the best all the way around. I know you are a chicken store but I really wish you would start serving burgers and stuff yall would be untouchable.....

I have a gluten allergy and they accommodated me in the kindest and easiest way possible. They changed the gloves, assured me that the fries were in a separate fryer, they completely bagged my food separately. They were extremely kind. It’s the little things that matter!!
