  I want to recognize Angel, the General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, for showing true compassion and professionalism. While I was there, a customer came in clearly emotional and crying in the lobby because his wife was in the ICU and scheduled for surgery the next day. Angel immediately stepped in with kindness, patience, and genuine care. She treated the customer with so much respect and compassion during such a difficult moment, while still managing the restaurant with professionalism and grace. It’s important to see someone go above and beyond like that, and it really showed the kind of person and leader she is. Buffalo Wild Wings is lucky to have a General Manager like Angel. Her empathy and dedication made a lasting impression, and it reminded everyone there that kindness truly matters.

  I had an amazing experience thanks to Angel, the general manager. She went above and beyond to help us, and you could really tell she cares about her customers and her team. It also happened to be my wife’s birthday, yet she still took the time to make sure everything was handled perfectly with kindness, professionalism, and a great attitude. That level of dedication is rare these days. Angel made us feel welcomed and valued, and because of her we’ll definitely be coming back. Please recognize her for the outstanding job shes doing!

  The new GM Angel was so amazing tonight it's mother Day today and it was a little busy but I was addressed I got multiple updates on my order my food was made fresh and she was very personable and gave fantastic customer service.she made the experience wonderful

  I always hear so much hype about buffalo wild wings, so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered it through grubhub, I ordered the appetizer sampler. I tried the mozzarella sticks they were stiff and just entirely unappetizing. Then, when I got to my chicken dippers, they were legitimately raw. The outside breading was slightly crispy and the inside was entirely raw. And when I tried to call the restaurant to get some justice and just to inform them that they're sending out raw food, I got hung up on multiple times and I still have yet to receive an answer or a call. I hate to be that person to leave a review. But this is just disgusting and disappointing. Crazy health code violation, an extreme danger and just straight up disgusting, will not try again will not recommend.
