The substitution was handled perfectly, and the result was outstanding—perfectly balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and an incredibly delicious bite from start to finish.  The entire staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The service elevated an already excellent meal into a memorable experience. I left thoroughly impressed and cannot wait to return. Thank you for the outstanding food and hospitality. Highly recommended.

I’ve never experienced service this slow for something as simple as a bagel and coffee—what should’ve been a quick stop turned into a frustrating wait with no communication or sense of urgency from the staff. To make matters worse, the employees came across as completely unprofessional. There was no organization behind the counter, orders were getting mixed up, and no one seemed particularly interested in helping customers or fixing mistakes. It felt chaotic and careless. For a place that’s supposed to be reliable and convenient, this location really misses the mark. Definitely not worth the time or hassle.
