Recently I placed a small order in the app, did all my grocery shopping, and when I was done they still hadn't even started it, even though the place was completely empty. And when it isn't empty wait times can exceed 45 minutes. 🥲 I love the food here but the wait times are simply unacceptable.

I have had so many negative experiences at this place but I keep coming back because it is close to where I live. I keep thinking to myself well, it wasn't that bad. Today set a new level of disappointment. There are too many other local options and next time I will seek elsewhere. I tend not to leave negative reviews but this one has gone on too long to continue to ignore. it's just something every single time and I've been been trying to avoid this place since before covid. Never again.
