  At a regular 'brick and mortar' Arby's there is a condiment station. Half the fun of an Arby's sandwich is being able to put whatever flavor condiment you prefer on it. I'm a horsey sauce girl. We'll at Crossgates Mall location that station doesn't exist. You get packets. Exactly 2 packets. When I asked for more for the multiple sandwiches ordered I was offered 1 additional packet then told by 'manager' they weren't allowed to give out more than that. I politely asked for à refund and went to the next stall and got a cut to order turkey wrap loaded with fresh veggies and their house dressing for WAY less $. Sorry Crossgates Arby's franchise owner. If your rationing sauce packets in a mall then I guess business isn't going so well. I'll stick to the Arby's on Wolf Rd where everything is fast, hot and fresh with zero flack from staff.

  I drove all the way from Clifton Park to pick up the order. Since the bag was already sealed with tape, I didn’t open it to check and just drove home. After I got home, I realized an entire combo meal was missing — a sandwich and a portion of fries. They only gave me the drink from the combo. I’m definitely not going to drive all the way back again, so I tried calling to request a refund, but no one answered after more than ten minutes of calling. It’s only 8:30 PM, and when I was there, it didn’t seem busy at all. So is the phone number on Google Maps just for show?

  The staff was absolutely wonderful. They communicated with everyone.The manager was great. They were able to make us a sandwich that was gone for 4 years.And my fiance said it tastes absolutely delicious. I'm very impressed with the service. I'm very impressed with the food. Everything tastes absolutely spectacular. And there were absolutely no complaints. I will be back with all of my family and love Arbys always have always will.
