Cleared out our order with out making it so we were there a bit and saw 6 order come back with unhappy customers all being told that's how they do it there. Customers unhappy as they did not recieve what the bought.

The women working for working really hard but very shortly staffed from the sounds of it. It sounds like there was another person available, but chose to prioritize something else out of their control. I think whoever is managing this place should be more hands-on. I had to leave because the orders were taking too long and I needed to get on the road so I skipped the hot food that I paid for.

However, I keep facing the same issue every time — the coffee machine is “out of order.” Staff simply say that the machine is not working. At the same time, they can only offer iced coffee as an alternative. But this does not solve the problem, since I specifically come for a hot drink. On top of that, there are usually two staff members standing behind the counter just talking to each other without paying attention to customers, which makes the service feel even more disappointing. It raises the question: what is the point of keeping the place open if a major part of the menu (hot coffee drinks) is consistently unavailable? Only cold drinks and donuts are offered, which is not a proper substitute for a full menu. It feels like the operations are poorly managed, and customers are not given reasonable alternatives or proper service attention. As a result, visiting this location becomes pointless and frustrating. I hope the store either ensures that the equipment is properly maintained or clearly informs customers in advance about such ongoing limitations, and improves staff attentiveness to customers!!!😡
